When i was faced with having to sell my Dads property due to illness, I spoke with Colin and his team who were so understanding. They helped me through the process and patiently waited as I worked with my Dad at an emotional time. They went above and beyond to help me prepare the property for sale and when Dad was ready, we sold it for a great price.
