During the initial stages to sell my late father’s house, I was asked to approach three agents in the Ryde area to give me their recommendations and advice. Out of these three, Colin shined above the other two. What made him stand out was that he was not pushy and came across very experienced in the property market. He was especially patient throughout our dealings and sensitive to the grief and difficulty I was experiencing due to the loss of my father, certain legal proceedings I was enduring from my siblings, and the fact that the family home where I was living and a carer for my late father until his death, was to be no more.
