My experience with Colin was a very positive one. He put us at ease every step of the way and let us make decisions on different options without pressuring us. Colin has a natural warmth about him that makes you feel safe in his hands. Nothing was a bother to him when we asked him many questions in this process that I'd never dealt with before. Colin was completely professional whilst at the same time making us feel comfortable at all times and keeping us up-to-date at all times. Colin is a great Real Estate Agent but an even better person. If I had to do it over again I'd do it exactly the same way and with Colin. Absolutely no regrets and would comfortably recommend him to anyone. A smooth experience for a first time seller.
