Disappointed that the grass was over 2ft high in back yard and the oven has now been scrubbed twice and still needs another clean. Would this have been acceptable for a rental property at end of lease, why wasn't it looked after better by the real estate? Due to tight settlement and inspection only the day before I was worried that if I hadn't accepted the property 'as is' it would have delayed settlement. Though the flowers were a nice touch it didn't make up for the mess.
