Hi I don't usually write reviews but as I have been requested several times here it is. I found Colin very easy to deal with and he did a great job. I am overall reasonably happy. The only things that were not up to expectation were the fact that I only received one key to the property. No Rolla door, shed, or sliding door key. The promise of a nice bottle of wine that didn't happen is not such a big deal.

Colin was always kind, available and prompt to answer and help. He assisted me in every aspect of the buying process. As I live in Sydney and was buying a house in Richmond, Tasmania, he also provided me reliable references for local conveyancers and house inspectors.
