Colin got 80 year old Mabel her new home by organising and negotiating everything possible as otherwise due to an other real estate agent she would have been homeless. Due to circumstances Mabel required access to her unit within just over 2 weeks on the day of purchase as her house was sold and she had nowhere to go. Colin was always available to talk to or to text, which is so important when everything has to be processed promptly. He negotiates well for the vendor with at the same time keeping the buyer needs in mind. He is very pleasant to deal with and came to Mabel's home to assist with the purchase as she is not able to drive or leave the house by herself. The only comment Mabel would have is that she is still waiting for her welcome hamper ;-) Mabel is now the proud owner of her new abode thanks to the efforts of Colin Miller.
