I highly recommend Col if you want to sell your property. I had previously had my property listed elsewhere, with obviously no success despite spending a fortune on advertising and open homes every week. There weren't even people walking through the door! I decided to take it off the market as I had no success. After 6 months had past I decided to sell again and after reading reviews about Col and seeing his sales history I decided to employ Col to sell the property. Within a week or so of listing with Col he had a contract on the property. He definitely had his work cut out for him as it was a difficult sell!
