Colin worked tirelessly for us in selling and negotiating a good price in a private sale with one interested party with a great result! Well done! The only constructive criticism is that I felt as though I/we had to continually probe him for information from potential buyers before/after inspections to get a feel for their interest and provide information on the demographics etc. That is, he wouldn't reveal much without probing through the sale process about potential buyers or level of interest.
