First day the Airconditioning unit flooded the laundry. Technician advised that it was NOT installed by a qualified Airconditioning Technician with drainage hose running up the wall. Colin accepted no responsibility. Now, would you trust this man when buying a property. Colin has lost his credibility.

As a rental agent, regular property reports were provided with ample photographs of the property and a very detailed report each time. Accounts were paid on time (by both the lessee and the agency). I was kept advised of any repairs that needed to be done; these were then arranged, after my approval, and paid for by the agent and then charged back to my account. The sale of my property was right on the target price that Colin suggested I might get. The conveyancer recommended by Colin also did an excellent job.
