With little knowledge about buying on Macleay Island, we set off on foot to check out life on the Island. Our first stop was the Professionals Real Estate window display. We were looking at the waterview homes for sale. It was a rainy day not great for trecking on foot. This very lovely woman with a great smile came out and started chatting with us, sensing we needed assistance. Colleen asked us a few questions to define what we both wanted in a home and toured us around the whole of Macleay, showed us 8 homes for sale, the local Pub, Bowling club, Golf club, the School and eating hot spots. Colleen has a lot of local knowledge of the Island and is a local too. We left feeling like we had made a new friend. We went back the next day to look at one home again and next thing we were signing contracts not just for our future dream home but the vacant block next door with ocean veiws. Both Shane and I were very happy with the guidance and professionalism Colleen gave us.
