We met with Colleen to discuss selling our house and downsizing to an apartment. We contacted her as she had previously sold property for us and we knew she was very professional and easy to talk to. She listed our house for sale and a few days later she and her assistant, Sarah found us the perfect apartment off market. This took away the stress of finding somewhere to live once our house was sold. We viewed the apartment, fell in love with it and made an offer shortly afterwards. We knew that if we hadn’t loved it, then Colleen would have found us something else so there was never any pressure to buy. We cannot recommend Colleen Gandini enough. Without her local knowledge and expertise it is unlikely we would have found this wonderful place to live within our price range. She and Sarah made sure we were kept informed through the entire process and made it as easy as possible. As seniors we really appreciated that.
