I assumed real estate agents would be quite impersonal - however I was proved happily wrong. Colleen has gone out of her way to help, even down to meeting me from the station and carrying suitcases, standing outside in the dark on her mobile to an electrician to help me sort out a blown fuse - she has gone above and beyond and been an absolute treasure. Would absolutely recommend her with no hesitation!
