All I can say she sold our house quickly.

We found Collette to have great knowledge of the local area and especially the area our house was at. Collette always conducted herself in a professional manner with special emphasis on finding the right buyer for our house and fetching the right price. The result was a great outcome within the 6 month period. The only downside was that an Under Contract or Sold sign was never put on the house after contract had become unconditional therefore local residents in the street were unaware that it was actually sold. It's always good to see the Sold sign to know that things are moving in the area.
