In my opinion the way things are done in general needs to be looked at so people are not waiting if settlements are delayed due to human error. This is more a criticism of the real estate system in general and not Con, who always acted professionally despite the unfortunate circumstances.

Con did a great job in a difficult market

Con was very helpful, detailed all the additions and improvements to the property, and took the time to explain stamp duty and other related expenses. We came from interstate and very impressed with Con and his attention to detail and availability to meet us at the airport and assist with local knowledge and landmarks. Would recommend Con without hesitation. We have had a few properties: Con was a stand out agent. Decent and honest. Oh- his follow up was welcomed along with the basket of goodies waiting for us on settlement day.
