Fantastic service, knowledge and advice
After spending some time investigating different agents, we decided to go with Con because of his deep level of market knowledge in Pyrmont . This knowledge helped us achieve a settlement that surpassed that which other agents had indicated was possible. Had we gone with one of the other agents we reviewed we would have obtained a far less favorable outcome. Con indicated at the outset that he was willing to be flexible on his fee if we achieved a quick sale - and he was true to his word (something other agents refused to do). Simply, we couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our apartment. Con's professionalism, knowledge and honesty helped us achieve a fantastic settlement at a reasonable price.
