Con and his team at Century 21 just sold our property at auction and we could not be more happy with the process. From the outset, Con provided great advice on balancing presentation of the property with the cost implications of making improvements and getting a return on the expenditure. In the end I am confident we got the balance just right. The marketing strategy that was put in place achieved fantastic results and we were kept well informed during the campaign as to the level of activity and the level of interest from buyers. On the day of the auction, at a time where bidding had stalled, Con kept me calm and read the situation correctly. At a time where I was about to lower the price I was prepared to sell for, Con advised against it and maintained a strong negotiating position and in the end negotiated an outcome which saw us many thousands of dollars better off. I have no doubt in hindsight, that any other agent in this position would have seen an easy sale and closed the deal at the lower price to move on to the next property. Con's professionalism however shone through and he really pushed hard to get us the best result. I can't recommend Con highly enough to anyone looking for an agent who delvers on his promise and keeps his vendor's best interest as his number 1 priority.
