I chose Con Klironomos from Raine and Horne, Bardwell Park, to market my home for auction in April 2021 after interviewing several estate agents. The home sold at auction in May 2021. Con listened to my express wishes regarding my auction and marketing apprehensions. He assured me of adjustments to the campaign, based on these apprehensions, and they were subsequently carried out. Importantly also, his assurance of personalised contact at all stages with myself; during house inspections; and with interested buyers was also carried out.
