Con came to us with a friendly smile behind which was an awesome knowledge of his craft. His guidance through what for most people is a traumatic and anxiety filled process, was gentle but firm. His team were always on the ball in following up potential leads and keeping us up to date with open day activity, private appointments etc. He was always positive even though our home was somewhat unique "there is a buyer for every home" was his mantra and he didn't let us down.
