From the very start Con was extremely professional, we sat down and had our first meeting. Con ran through roughly what he felt the house was worth, as well as the plan to get it on the market. From first meeting to sale it was 5 weeks. Inspections were terrific, on time and we had a lot of people through the door. Con prepared a document for us around what some of the people who inspected the home had to say, which for us was a great insight. Auction day took no more than 45 mins.
