I've known Con for many years, having made his acquaintance through my eldest son. With real estate agents their job is to sell so they are essentially working for the vendor. Of course a sale requires a buyer and when things are tight that's where a good agent stands out, assisting the vendor in presentation and pricing to attract the right buyer for the best possible outcome in a timely manner. I used Cons services in the purchase of a residential property several years ago and in the sale of that property when it was no longer required by our family. His professionalism and service on both occasions was first rate. Con managed to sell our property in a saturated market and secured a short settlement which was great. We were also able to use a recommended settlement agent and they did a fabulous job too. We initially wanted to list our house at a higher price which he was agreeable to do but in the end, what he had advised us was the selling price obtained.
