Once I looked at 9 Timbarra street I knew that was the house I wanted to purchase and once I told Com that, he was nothing short of helpful with everything that needed to be done. He ran through all the paperwork with me and my father and explained everything in detail and made sure that i was 100% certain with my choice before even offering me the pen to sign with. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and recommended pest inspections and building inspections, who when booked, were prompt and swift with their inspections, so that was a big help as well.
