I chose Con Mathews to act on our behalf after a near miss with another real estate company. After my failed attempt at finding a good real estate salesperson I did a bit of research and spoke with Con. We know who trained him in the property business and that could only mean success. His sales stats were impressive and he was very clear and direct in his dealings with us. I knew he was good, but I didn’t think he’d end up selling our home in about five weeks, for a little more than the asking price, and with a cash settlement of two weeks. Like I said, he’s a miracle worker! Thanking my lucky stars that I was somehow guided to let him take care of us.
