this is the second property con has sold for me in a matter of months. he is brilliant to deal with, kept me informed the whole time to the point i never needed to contact him as i always knew beforehand what was going on. best of all he sold my house for a price that exceeded my expectations, it was a smooth stress free process with an exceptional result. i am very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, if your after an agent that will keep you in the loop and more importantly be up front and honest then you cant go wrong.

My wife and I interviewed three agents from different agencies and decided to go with Con. What we like about him - 1. Best thing about him is communication - you leave him a voicemail and he will return your calls in minutes or you send him an email and he will reply almost immediately. His emails are plain and simple - no fancy templated rubbish, you feel like you received a response from a real person. 2. He is always to the point - everything is clear and never vague. 3. He did not confine the sale price to a range which is what other agent did (more on the lower end) and worked towards achieving that. I felt other agent was undervaluing my house so he could sell it quick and get to the next one. 4. Con was the only agent who asked for the sale "what can I do to get your business" - this to me showed that he likes to close when the opportunity presents. 5. Always on time for open homes. 6. Gave regular feedback. 7. Never pushed us for anything, he made suggestions where necessary or when asked but never pushed us at any point. We made the final decision to sell without any pressure (I felt this was the biggest thing in the process for me). 8. He is flexible with timings. 9. I felt Con was hungry and motivated to do his best. 10. I will certainly recommend him to anyone in the Craigieburn area who is considering selling.

sold my property in the time he said he would for the amount i wanted for it, very good communication with me along the way and made it very easy for me, as it was an investment property he took care of everything so i didnt have to worry about dealing with tenants for open homes etc. was a pleasurable experience for everyone with an excellent outcome for both myself and current tenants in the property, would def recommend.

From the first moment we met Con it was clear he had the skills and knowhow to sell our house. It's not just one thing that set Con Pedis apart from the other agents we've seen. We had our house on the market with 3 different agents and the offers we received were miserable and not even close to our reserve price. The last agent promised the moon but he could not even get us a single buyer or offer. On top of this his negotiation skills and communication was lacking very much When we eventually had an offer, the buyer backed out and we were devastated. To top this this agent (Jason Real Estate) did not inform us that we were entitled to receive the 10% deposit price which equated to $860. Such dishonesty, and we were made to wait 4 miserable months before we got out of his clutches. On the other hand Con, kindly told us we should request for the deposit money which was ours to keep as the buyer backed out after signing the contract. Luckily Con shared this and we are grateful as we eventually got the money. Con gave us some real true facts about the real value of our home and it was close to our dream price. Anything over $400K would be wonderful. Con knowing how we had suffered, asked us for just two weeks to sell our property and he delivered the results in 10 days. When he told me he had clinched the deal, it seemed so unreal, but yes he had sold it. We are truly thankful to Con for handling the sale of our house and all his help as we now able to move on. We were in a fix as we were building another home and having to pay mortgage on our home plus progress payments on the other it was a nightmare. Con is very reliable, trustworthy, thorough, kind, patient and available at all times, to answer any questions we had.
