Connor was extremely punctual and tentative to our needs and provided fair and expected support along the purchasing process. He responded swiftly to any email or call and made himself feel available at any time.

Connor was helpful from the beginning, understanding our desires to ensure we get building and pest done before we were ready to put an offer in for the property. We then felt that he kept us in the loop with updates and once we found out that our offer was accepted we felt that he was helpful especially when we had a couple issues sending through the deposit due to bank security issues. The contract came through quickly and he finalised the process very quickly which we greatly appreciated.

Connor was honest and responsive throughout the process and did a great job of fairly representing the vendor while still treating me as a buyer with great respect. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. The whole Belle team is impressive and the after sales support has been great, very supportive and patient which I appreciate.

As a purchaser located in regional NSW, I wasn't always able to make weekday inspections that had been scheduled; Connor accomodated and arranged inspections that suited the times I could make, despite being outside of the usual 9-5 workday. He made the process of buying less nerve wracking, and it was a pleasure to work with him on this.
