The first time I met Connor was over the phone during the auction where he provided clarity and guidance on the purchase price . Connor also accommodated viewing of the property after the end of the lockdown which was good, however the handover process was poor. Connor was always on the phone with other clients and did not provide adequate service during the whole process. The final handover was giving me the keys through his car while he was talking on the phone with someone else.
