Conny really showed what a honest, hard working person can do. Ours was not a easy sale, and there where many issues way outside the responsibility of a real estate agent to deal with. To her credit, Conny never hesitated to step in and help out. She truly showed the value of dealing with a local, who doesn't just care about making a quick sale, but in making life long friends in the community. To her credit, she met, and even slightly exceeded my realistic expectations in regard to the final sales price. But it was all the other things she did, which you would never expect a agent to do, that really impressed me. If I had another property to sell in NSW, would I use her again, in a heart beat.
