During the marketing campaign for my property we were competing with another simimlar property to mine just a few doors away. The other agent for that similar property was not very honest (advertised auction with a very low price guide). Conor put into action an honest and better strategy that sold my property. His focus was on selling my place and everyone came out for the better of that strategy. That other similar place went to auction by that national real estate agency and the auctioneer didn't accept a starting bid within the advertised price guide....said it was a bit low...facepalm!! This all proved to me that by selecting a local agent who had a full focus and business plan to sell my property for the best price, was the right choice. If I ever had the need again I would certainly be seeking Conor out to sell my property.
