I was contacted by Conor back in July and asked whether I was planning to sell my unit in Maroubra. I told that if they can sell it for a certain amount, then I would. Conor said that property market was very good at that time and it would not be difficult to get my asking price. A very fast and efficient process was suggested and unit was sold less than 4 weeks since it was listed.
