Conor and his team were excellent. No issue too small and met with sensible, cost effective solutions. A one stop shop for all our sale needs. He was responsive to our needs and concerns at every step of the process, and was there with direct, personal communications. No sugar coating or just saying things we wanted to hear, truthful, honest conversations and honest opinions. The marketing strategy made sense as well as the realistic price we could fetch. The timeline and eventually the dates for which the house became available for sale was spot on. He knows the area intimately and obviously has a vast array of contacts in the industry, which in the end provided us with a buyer before we went to auction. We were very happy with our sale price, above what we expected. In saying that, his commission was also very competitive against his rivals. Conor was a total professional in all aspects of selling the house. He did what he said he would do at all times and never dismissed us in anything we talked about.
