We also purchased the home we sold from Conrad, and knew then that he was the agent who would sell it for us, should that day arrive. Which it did. And when that day arrived, we were living 2000kms away. It was not a straightforward sale for a few reasons. However, Conrad never once left us feeling we were in the dark. Every step of the way he was 100% in communication with us. He organised the itinerary of the improvements which were needed. All the 'things' which needed doing, he tended to, including even roping in family to help mow and prepare the outside for open homes (don't hold him to this one though or he'd have even less personal time than he currently has!) But what he offered more than the pristine operation of preparing our home for sale, was his friendship and astute understanding to our needs of that time. He perfectly read each stage of the sale process, and listened to what we were attempting to achieve. He shined our home to the 'diamond' potential it always was, and not only that, had tradesman and interior designers totally on board and inspired with the project so all the energy that went into preparing it was a 100% positive vibe. This of course translated into the sale of the home which saw record breaking groups come through at open homes. Conrad cares - this was our experience. What should have been a nightmarish experience by all accounts, was a total joy from beginning to end. We enjoyed it, and made a good mate in the process.
