Conrad Panebianco

Conrad was very knowledgeable and communicative with us in buying the properly. He efficiently and proactively handled the back and forth with the vendor and kept us informed every step of the way.

I have signed up with 5 agents in the past year selling 6 properties in 3 states executing a will. Conrad was the best of the bunch. He knew the neighbours, the other owners in the building, thoroughly understood the legal and financial issues and growing up in Bondi, knew the history of where we were selling. The sale of our apartment played out exactly as Conrad said it would when we met. Nothing was too much effort. Wouldn't change a thing. A very very happy camper here. Thanks Simon.

Excellent from start to finish. Clear communication, transparent and always available.

We had a really lovely experience working with Conrad. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and always easy to deal with. The whole process felt smooth and uncomplicated from start to finish, which made a big difference. We’d happily recommend him.

We recently sold our home with Conrad and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. He was great to deal with from day one, always easy to get in touch with and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Selling can be a pretty stressful process, but Conrad made it feel straightforward and well under control. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always felt like we were in good hands. Really happy with the result and the overall experience. Would happily recommend Conrad to anyone looking to sell.

Conrad was very patient with us making the decision to sell and we never felt any pressure to do so. When the time was right Conrad facilitated an easy sale of our home, as always he was respectful and kind with all parties. A very professional agent who we would not hesitate to use again.
