During Covid lockdowns is not the ideal time to sell a property. This, however, proved no impediment to Conrad. Knowing our $ target, he came up with a plan of action that allowed for a great deal of flexibility. As the process moved forward, he continually updated me and, together, we adjusted the plan as necessary. His tenacity, timing and thoroughness enabled my target to be surpassed. His dealings with all parties involved in the sale were commendable. The whole selling process, from initial discussions through to settlement, went entirely without fuss and I am truly overjoyed that Conrad acted as my agent.
