We stumbled onto the house that would end up being the one we purchased after a long day of looking at many many properties in the area. We called up the office on the hope that they could squeeze us in for a viewing at the very end of the day and Cooper was happy to oblige. When we wanted to come back the following day for one final look (Sunday), Cooper was again happy to oblige and his knowledge of the property, area and useful information is what sealed the deal for us.
