I have to say Cooper and his team were nothing but exceptional when dealing with the sale of my family home. From the initial greeting to settlement day and beyond, Cooper took charge and made the whole experience so seemless. My family home was placed on the market as a result of my dad having to be placed in aged care. The house has been in our family for over 60years. It was a sad affair. The house was situated in the inner suburbs of Brisbane and needed some repair and work to increase the appeal. What I’m used to when it comes with real estate agents is they look after the marketing and sale but Cooper was so much more than that. He became Project manager/real estate agent and responsible for quality assurance. I did not have to lift a finger. Cooper arranged all the tradies and got them all to work around each other to turn our family home into a palace. The difference was remarkable and all done behind the scenes but at every moment keeping me in the loop with communicating each step of the transformation. Cooper was also responsible for preparing the marketing strategy and provided very professional vlogs and snippets of our home reaching interstate and locally. I was never in doubt that the house would sell and I truely believe it was due to the way Cooper managed everything for me. I would in a heartbeat recommend Cooper as someone that will always get the job done with no fuss, professionally and with his attention to detail anyone that deals with Cooper will have a seemless experience. I look forward to dealing with Cooper again in the future when I start moving some of my investments around.
