I have had the properties in Karratha since 1988 (that is 38 years). Over these years I have had several agents and property managers looking after the properties. I met Yvonne Crofts (LJ HOKKER) in about 1990. Yvonne was very thorough in property management of the 7 units I had at the time- Yvonne was more than a property manager- we became family friends & that friendship remains to this day well after Yvonne retired. I then had North West Realty for 17 years- after all this time I realised it was time to depart NWR. So then engaged Coral Howe from Ray White Karratha to sell firstly the 5x2bed units, then 8B Goodwyn Close & now lastly 8A Goodwyn Close. Coral went out of her way to negotiate with the owner of Clarkson Way. The new owners of the house we moved out of wanted access to the home they bought. The whole process was challenging and very tricky. All was very daunting, but everything lined up and now we bought Clarkson Way Bulgarra.

Coral did achieve a good price. The process was stressful with poor communication. It was almost two weeks between signing up, paying the advertising to the property being marketed. I had questions during the process which was not answered until I repeatedly asked. There was a delay in settlement and Coral didn't advise why the delay until I asked. Upon settlement I received an email the settlement was complete, and she was going home to bed sick, no phone call then or since. For the almost $20,000 in fees, I expected better communication.
