Coral Howe

Coral was very accommodating to our requests to view multiple properties after hours. She was able to organise with tenants for viewings. She was a great communicator and gave us clear indications of whether or not our offer would be an appropriate one. We ended up purchasing our first property and coral made the process relatively easy.

I have had the properties in Karratha since 1988 (that is 38 years). Over these years I have had several agents and property managers looking after the properties. I met Yvonne Crofts (LJ HOKKER) in about 1990. Yvonne was very thorough in property management of the 7 units I had at the time- Yvonne was more than a property manager- we became family friends & that friendship remains to this day well after Yvonne retired. I then had North West Realty for 17 years- after all this time I realised it was time to depart NWR. So then engaged Coral Howe from Ray White Karratha to sell firstly the 5x2bed units, then 8B Goodwyn Close & now lastly 8A Goodwyn Close. It is an end to an era of my life & many thanks to Yvonne Crofts & Coral Howe for guiding me through these years. Regards Bill King Yes Coral has a good understanding of the Karratha market.

Coral went out of her way to negotiate with the owner of Clarkson Way. The new owners of the house we moved out of wanted access to the home they bought. The whole process was challenging and very tricky. All was very daunting, but everything lined up and now we bought Clarkson Way Bulgarra.

Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and genuine agent! Many thanks Coral.

Coral has the local knowledge and professional advice needed to sell your property in the area. Having been in Karratha for many years she has a solid foundation of the market and trends on when to sell, and most importantly how to sell your property. I highly recommend you see her before selling or buying a Property in the area.

Coral has made every aspect of purchasing easy, always answering our questions highly recommended.
