My wife and I as trustees for our SMSF sold a property that had been managed by staff at Ray White in Townsville. We arranged to meet a duo sales team from the Ray White office. Ben Waugh and Coralie Macdonald impressed us from the get go as we met them on site at our property to do an appraisal. Then we did a tour of the local area together, which for us as visitors, was extremely helpful for us to comprehend the ins and outs of the campaign that the duo proposed. Though Ben did most of the talking, it was Coralie's considered input and calm approach about the detail that helped convince us. Individually very good, but together they're dynamic and we achieved a result better than we had envisaged before our meeting. Highly recommended.

Great experience very professional

I did not have a great deal of contact with Coralie, other than a few phonecalls and meeting at the property initially. Coralie said she personally thought the house was fabulous and her enthusiasm would have been an asset in selling the house. However, I felt that some of the main assets associated with the property were not emphasised enough, probably as she was unaware of them. Had she walked the property with me as I pointed out certain features, Coralie would have had more selling features to tell the prospective buyers about.

Coralie was professional, friendly and kept me up to date every step of the way. Her exceptional eye for detail and knowledge of the home made selling my property easier. Received a great outcome on the property.
