The real estate market has been slowing but Corey was great in getting our investment unit sold after the second open. He negotiated with a few parties and got us a good price. He keep me updated on negotiations and his progress. When we first met with him before we signed with him he was able to answer all our questions & defended his commission rate which I respected.
