Corey was a great asset in selling our property. We chose him as he seems to embody the opposite of the current perception of estate agents. He was honest, showed a great deal of integrity and never "over" or "under" sold us in any aspect. He was able to secure a sound price in what is currently a very volatile and unpredictable market. His negotiation skills are what got us our desired price. Moreover, he helped us with the purchase of our property even though there was nothing in it for him. He was there at the auction, negotiated with the other agents as well as did an inspection of the property using his skills as a builder. He did not need to be there as he sold our property literally the day before. Its aspects like this which made us feel very happy with choosing him.
