Having never sold a property in Australia before we invited a number of real estate to visit our home and give us an idea on where and what we might achieve. Most agents visited our home with the attitude yip it’s a 4 bedroom media room good size back yard with an in ground pool yip we won’t have a problem selling this house for you, they took no interest in the actual added extras that we had included in the house not one ever said oh that’s nice or I like that or that’s different. Until Corey came along he genuinely took a liking to our home and pointed out numerous things that he liked and what we had done differently to other homes, he genuinely took great care to point out all the good selling features within the house. He never at any stage said yip I could sell this no problems, he said you won’t have any issues selling this whoever you choose to be your agent, and that was the reason we went with ANP. Lovely young fella very professional only downside!!! My wife got up at 6am to make some fresh homemade scones for coffee when himself and Michael were to visit us only to refuse 😂 but he did say later boy the scones looked good.
