When I saw the property listing online, I knew I wanted to investigate it further. I gave Corey a call and he organised for a private inspection after hours, during which he provided a thorough walkthrough of the property as well as all of the supporting documentation (section 32 etc.). When I decided to start looking at the property more seriously, Corey was fantastic in liaising with the vendor and organising everything behind the scenes, from the building inspection to certificates for the beautiful bathroom reno.
