We were recommended to use Corey Lindh by a respected real estate agent we’d know for a number of years, he was convinced Corey was best placed to find the right purchaser for our Brassall investment property. We were conscious the sale might impact our long term tenants and put it to Corey that any sale would need to allow them to continue to live in what had over the years become their home. Despite the owner occupier demand Corey was able to focus his efforts on his network of investors and brought quite a bit of interest to the property. Corey was able to secure a buyer in a matter of weeks, inspections went well, the deal was done drama free and importantly the exercise didn’t disrupt the sitting tenants.
