Our purchase was far from easy, with vendors that seemed intent on crashing the contract. They refused to do anything no matter how reasonable (like make the pool gate self-closing), added ridiculous clauses that would have made most people turn tail and bolt (like the right to legally galumph us right up until settlement), and placed outrageous demands on the agent. Throughout this Corey was adamant he'd see the sale through, and always did his best.
