Selling our Raceview investment property.

We were recommended to use Corey Lindh by a respected real estate agent we’d know for a number of years, he was convinced Corey was best placed to find the right purchaser for our Raceview investment property. When we met Corey, he was keen to understand our “best outcome” in relation to the property to ensure his approach was in line with our expectations and importantly could be achieved in the market. All of that came to pass, we found an excellent buyer and whilst there were some identified building and pest inspection issues Corey worked closely with ourselves and the interested party to ensure we both achieved the outcome we were seeking. Corey went above and beyond, not only in his dealing with us as sellers but also in representing the interests of the buyer as it’s important for a business as part of the community to be looking after both not one above the other. He had the added complication of having to handle tenants who were in the process of vacating the property which again he managed professionally and with compassion. We were very happy we chose Corey and if we step back into the Raceview or broader Ipswich market in the future Corey will be our agent of choice.
