EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS

Corey Lindh……….Corey is a life changing experience. Corey was referred to us by another agent the services of whom we had previously used and who had now retired. In Dec 2022 had a discussion with Corey and indicated we were intending to renovate an investment house we had owned for 4 years and then put it on the market . Every 3-4 weeks we got a call from Corey seeking an update on the reno and offering assistance should we need a referral to any trades people. He was “hungry” and did not take the listing for granted. Finally, in mid March we invited him and his Co Director Dean to inspect the finished product and to put to us a proposal for the marketing and sale of the property. Our first and only “open house” resulted in 22 groups inspecting the property with multiple offers which Corey worked through before submitting a short list for consideration. The end result was a contract (now unconditional) which far exceeded our expectations. Would we use Corey again?...... answer is on the first line!!!
