Corey was a great agent to handle all my questions and always got back to me asap. Being my first house there were alot of things i was unsure about and he was always happy to answer. I would 100% recommend Corey as an agent due to his professionalism and personality.
Corey was very good to deal with. His response time was excellent and knowledge of the market was great.
Corey's communication and professionals was immaculate. I felt reassured from the moment Corey entered our home and the outcome he achieved for us was outstanding. The customer service was outstanding and the experience of selling our home was smooth, easy and stress free.
We were very happy with the service Corey provided with the sale of our house. Corey is very professional & efficient with great communication skills. A pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend for all real estate needs
Corey made the sale of our home easy and stress free. Fantastic communication, very professional. Would recommend to anyone.
10/10 service from the first inspection through to post settlement. Corey possesses comprehensive understanding of sale processes, local market valuations and exceptional client communications. As a first home buyer with many enquiries, I would thoroughly recommend Corey and the team at NGU to all friends and family based on his ability to respond in a very timely and friendly fashion and his flexibility around the clients needs! 5 star service! Many thanks.
I would highly recommend Corey to anyone who is selling a property. He knew exactly what the market was like in our area and kept us up to date every step of the way. Being in WA I wanted direct and truthful answers to my questions about selling our property, that’s exactly what we got. Corey gave me confidence in being able to achieve the outcome we were looking for, which he did. Job well done.
I worked with Corey recently for purchasing an investment property at Ripley Brisbane. Corey was the seller's agent, however he helped me out right through the process. The communication and coordination with the seller was very prompt and excellent and this made the purchasing process very smooth. He is a great person to work with and helps a lot in every way to complete the purchase.
Excellent communication, efficient service, providing information and recommendations. Amazing couldn't be happier with our purchase and Corey's assistance.
Highly recommend Corey. Seamless, trouble free buying process. Excellent communication and knowledge of the Ipswich/Karana Downs area.
We could not be happier to have had Corey Martin be our agent for selling our first home. Corey had excellent communication with ourselves and the buyer. I thought the process may have been stressful but Corey’s elegant touch on all matters made the process simple and rewarding. Corey was also an excellent listener. Corey did not ‘over talk’ the situation and would listen to our needs and concerns. He read all situations with great skill. We are generally of the opinion that real estate agents are working for themselves. However, with Corey, we felt he was motivated in our best interests at all times, which was a refreshing change. Corey works across a broad range of suburbs but still had a deep knowledge of our local area. He understood of recent and future developments in the area, which he applied to obtain an exceptional seeking price for our house. Corey made himself fully aware of our motivation and time frame to sell out house. Corey’s attention to detail allowed for an excellent negotiation to our final price. Overall, Corey was heads above all agents we have dealt with. We will definitely be using Corey in all future real estate matters. Thanks again Corey for all your hard work. Forever grateful.
Corey was excellent to deal with, he took calls from us outside of work hours and gave 100% to making the whole process run smoothly and feeling less stressful. He never skipped a beat with keeping us informed throughout and secured us a price well above our asking. He was honest, knowledgeable, upfront and readily available from start to finish. An absolute pleasure to deal with! We’d be happy to use Corey’s services again with any future property sales.
