This was our first time buying (previously built) and I was surprised at the high pressure demand from other agents (one text me so much that my phone detected it as a spam and moved to junk!) Corey was calm, engaging, knowledgable of the suburb and clearly wanted the best for us and the seller and balanced this well. Highly recommend
