Corey was truly a pleasant surprise. We dealt with quite a few real-estate agents/sales representatives over the last few years, and this was by far the best experience we've had. I personally felt safe going into this investment, knowing Corey was handling it. Being highly personable, he has the ability to defuse the situation and throw a few jokes in, to make everyone comfortable (which happened during our first inspection due to a fire hazard happening in one of the apartments in the building). Unlike other individuals selling properties, Corey actually knows the market and knows his numbers. He has a memory of recently and not so recently sold properties in the area (but so did we, so his data was definitely accurate and relevant). True salesman, but genuine and relatable. He asked the right questions and took interest in understanding the needs. He was highly professional, but personable, relaxed but on point. What really impressed us, was the fact that he promptly dealt with every question and every challenge we had and kept us updated along the way. We didn't have to follow up once. We got answers and documents only hours after we asked the questions, or mentioned something in passing. Lastly, he was very accommodating, and nothing seemed hard or inconvenient for him. He made this process so easy;
