Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Corey is a rare, true local. This devoted father to 3 teenage girls has over 25 years experience in the sales and building industry. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship in his father’s business (Passey Homes), he moved to New Zealand at the ripe age of 21 and bought a G.J Gardner Homes franchise. He was the youngest ever franchisee and spent 10 years running his own business, selling and building 350 homes off the plan. During his time in NZ he learned the art of selling and the importance of exceptional customer service and communication. His passion for sales didn't go unnoticed and he was headhunted to start a new renovation franchise business back in Australia. He spent 10 years as the CEO for Smith & Sons and helped sell over 100 franchises for the company which in 2012 won the fastest growing franchise in Australia. Corey is passionate about real estate and possesses an in-depth understanding of the Sunshine Coast market.
