Our property was different to most in the area and a little individual. At our first meeting Corey was keen to go to auction and suggested a fast-marketing campaign of just under 3 weeks with only 4 open homes and 1 final one just before the auction started. We were dubious with the time frame and have never been a huge of auctions, but we decided to trust him and go with the process.
