I was dreading making the decision on who to sell with. A deep dive on who's sold what over the past 6 months in our area lead me to Corey Payne of Town.  He came across as being professional, methodical in his approach.  Our experience selling with Corey was wonderful. He was insightful, supportive and extremely driven. He kept us informed of every step, he surrounded himself with equally passionate people - stylists, photographers, conveyances, etc. Following Corey's campaign we sold in 23 days, it was quick, stremlined and we were extremely happy with the result. We went on a holiday the day of our first open home & had exchanged before we returned home. We were in regular contact and trusted Corey to handle everything while we were away.
